Our skilled consultants at department of General Surgery provides its services in regular OPD, inpatient and surgical emergencies with added services in form of Extended Health Services(EHS).

 In department of General Surgery we have been performing various emergency and elective; open, endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures in regular basis. Though we are situated in a rural setup, we have been able to provide ‘standard of care’ to patients as reflected by the trust we have gained from them in terms of case volumes and follow-up visits. We have expanded our horizons to laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic appendectomy, microsurgical varicocelectomy in addition to other general open procedures in recent past.

Following is the list of procedures that we have been performing at our department and we look forward to improve and add more procedures in our armamentarium like laparoscopic hernia repair and laser hemorrhoidectomy in near future.
